Manchester Monochromes

Yesterday I had some time in Manchester city centre to take some photos and I wanted to concentrate on the architecture. The city centre contains many fine buildings, both old and new, so I didn't have to walk far on a beautiful sunny day to get my pictures. The cloudless skies made for some striking conversions to black and white.
